We currently offer Anne et Valentin, Bali Paris, Lesca, IZIPIZI and Le Petit Lunetier.
Where is Paris Chic located?
Our boutique is located at Dubai Festival City Mall, G Floor, Entrance A, North Side, in front of HSBC BankDubai, UAE.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Friday : 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM–12:00 AM.
Can I visit the store without an appointment?
Yes. You can visit us during our opening hours. You can also book a private fitting through our website.
Can I book a fitting appointment?
Yes. You can reserve a fitting online and choose your preferred date and time.
Do you offer both optical frames and sunglasses?
Yes. Our collection includes both optical frames and sunglasses.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Prescription lens availability depends on the frame and service required. Please contact our team for assistance.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We offer delivery across the UAE, generally within 3–5 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over AED 200.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item meets our return conditions. Return shipping is free.
What if I receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item?
Please submit a Return & Exchange Request Form. Once verified, the applicable remedy may include repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UAE law. Applicable return or replacement shipping costs will be covered by Paris Chic.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Submit the Return & Exchange Request Form on our website with your order number, contact details, product information, reason for the request and photos or videos where applicable.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Paris Chic offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
